Does anyone still read Blogs? or is it all on Facebook these days?
Anyway - for the record - I am to become the Team Rector of Walkden with Little Hulton in the Manchester Diocese. It is an area in Salford near Bolton with lots of Gentiles (about 30,000 in total) so it is a real mission field. There are three churches in the team and each has a Victorian building for worship and a community hall close by. Lots of opportunities for Gossipping the Gospel.
